Sharon Adams

Nettleton- Sharon (Roberts) Adams, 74, passed away on Friday, December 15, 2023 at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo.  She was born on November 2, 1949 in Monroe County to parents Grady Roberts and Ruth (Mullins) Roberts. She was a lifelong resident of Nettleton. She was a retired school teacher with the Nettleton School District.  She attended Nettleton Presbyterian Church. Sharon enjoyed traveling, eating out, working in the church and working in her yard.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, December 17, 2023 in the Chapel of Tisdale-Lann Memorial in Nettleton at 2:00 pm with Bro. Jack Inmon officiating. Burial will be in Nettleton Cemetery.

Sharon is survived  by her "just like grandchildren", Addison and Andrew Riley of Tupelo; one niece, Julia Lee of Aberdeen and a host of cousins and  close friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 41 years R.V. Adams and one sister Nell Roberts Lee.

Visitation will be held from 12:00-2:00 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
