Katheryne Pope Estes

Katheryne Pope Estes, 93, died Saturday, July 28, 2018 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus, MS. She was born June 10, 1925 in Hamilton, MS. to Armon Artie Pope and Ruthie Gray Holman Pope. She was a life long resident of Monroe County. She was a homemaker and loved to sew and make crafts. She was affiliated with the Church of Christ. Survivors include her husband Claude W. Estes of Hamilton, MS.; two daughters Joe Ruth Baggett (Charles Wayne) of Hamilton and Kathy Crawford (Sam) of Hamilton; one son Randy D. Smith (Linda) of Hamilton; seven grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother Armon Pope, Jr.
