John M. Presley

Tupelo- John M. Presley, 68, passed away on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at his residence in Tupelo. He was born on October 24, 1954 in Marks, MS to parents Hershel Eugene Presley and Metrie (Jones) Presley. John was one of fourteen children and he grew up in Nettleton. He worked most of his life in the construction industry as a roofer. He enjoyed hauling junk and working on appliances.

He is survived by one brother, Jeff Presley of Nettleton; four sisters, Betty Cooper of Tupelo; Kay Edge of Mantachie; Carolyn Clayton of Tupelo;  Etta Charlene Presley of Tupelo; and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and many siblings.

Tisdale-Lann Memorial Funeral Home of Nettleton will be assisting the family.
