Jimmie Hacker Johnson, 80, died Monday, February 18, 2019, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS. She was born in Monroe County March 11, 1938, to Ellis Corbin Hacker and Geneva Parish Hacker. She was a lifelong resident of Monroe County. Ms. Johnson was retired from Kroger in West Point, MS and was a member of the North Mississippi Worship Center. Survivors include one daughter June Roebuck of Becker, MS; two sons James Johnson (Theresa) of Prairie, MS and Frank Johnson (DJuanna) of Amory, MS; one son-in-law Rodney Strickland of Aberdeen, MS; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren and fifteen brothers and sisters. She was preceded in death by her parents, two daughters Janice Strickland and Judy Johnson and one grandson Nick Herring. Condolences may be sent to tisdalelannmemorial.com.
