Jerry Kenneth Davis

Jerry Kenneth Davis, 73, of Hamilton, Mississippi, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of Tuesday, April 9, 2025. He was a dedicated son, brother, uncle, father, and grandfather. Jerry was known for his strong work ethic and big heart. A skilled tool and dye maker, a farmer, and an avid hunter, he lived a life full of purpose and love for the outdoors.

Jerry was preceded in death by his loving wife, Margaret Davis; his parents, Mary Lois Davis and Vernon Cody “Pete” Davis; and his sister, Wanda Faye Smith.

He is survived by his daughters; Pamela and Trae Bailey of Caledonia, MS, Barbara and Will Pickett of Nettleton, MS; son, Robert (Bob) and Mary Trimm of Hamilton, MS; Sister, Dorothy Nell Hawkins of Amory, MS; stepchildren, Kristy and John Chapman of Vancleave, MS, Israel Harper of Vancleave, MS, Danny (DD) Harper Jr. of Vancleave, MS; grandchildren: Jeromy and Brittney Trimm, Holly Trimm, Jesse and Erin Spruill, Kenneth and Karisa Spruill, Becca and Jerald McGinty, Gabby and Travis Hilton, Kaydan and Emily Chapman, Hanna and Byren Ferguson, Jonathan Hull, Jenna Hull, Erin and Grant Champagne; Great-grandchildren, Payton and Colton Brown, Remington Spruill, Raylin, Waylon, Grayson Hilton, Lilly Kate and John Lucas Chapman, Riley Ferguson, Sloan and Adeline Champagne

Jerry will be remembered for his deep love of family, his wisdom, and the stories he shared around the dinner table and the campfire. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 am on Friday, April 11, 2025 at Tisdale Lann Memorial Funeral Home in Aberdeen with Bro. Jack Inmon officiating. Burial will follow in New Prospect Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Kenneth Spruill, Jeromy Trimm, Jonathan Hull, Travis Hilton, Kaydan Chapman, Cody Corbell and Anthony Corbell.

Visitation will be Thursday, April 10, 2025 from 5-7 PM at the funeral home.
