Jeffrey Brown

Jeffrey Lee Brown, 47, passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 in Aberdeen.  He was born in Monroe County on July 13, 1976 to Doyle and Minnie Lee Neal Brown.  Jeffrey grew up in Aberdeen and attended Aberdeen High School.  He had a longtime career in the area furniture industry, lastly working at United Furniture Industries.  Jeffrey enjoyed working with his hands, especially working on small engines.  He also enjoyed camping, fishing, Ole Miss football and spending time at the beach.  He especially loved his daughter, Mary Haylee.  Jeffrey attended True Life Church in Bigbee.

Jeffrey is survived by his mother, Minnie Lee Brown, Aberdeen; daughter, Mary Haylee Brown, Aberdeen; sister, Jennifer Shields, Aberdeen; brother Adam Brown, Hamilton; a host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father, Doyle Edward Brown, Jeffrey is preceded in death by his grandparents, aunts and uncles.

Funeral Services are tentatively scheduled for 1 PM on Friday, July 5, 2024 at Tisdale Lann Memorial Funeral Home in Aberdeen with Bro. Robert Fowlkes officiating.  Burial will follow in New Hope Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Eric Oliver, Luther Shields, Brandon Brown, Stephen Kirkpatrick, William Dahlem and Zack Gunter.
