James L. (Sport) Dodds

James L. (Sport) Dodds, 59 died Friday, December 7, 2018, at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus, MS. He was born November 19, 1959, in Fairbanks, Alaska to James Franklin Dodds and Kathryn Davis Dodds. He had lived in Aberdeen for the past five years. He was retired from the United States Air Force. He was a beloved husband, father, brother, son, uncle and cherished grandfather (PaPa). He was a member of the Aberdeen First United Methodist Church. Survivors include his beloved wife, Sherry Bonanno Dodds of Aberdeen, two daughters Alexandra Dodds of Ft. Smith AR and Christina Dodds of North Little Rock, AR; two stepdaughters Kayla Neyhart and Kristle Gryb; two step-sons Patrick Neyhart and Kenny Gryb, two brothers Frank Dodds (Tammie ) of New Albany, MS and Bill Dodds (Cami) of Ft. Worth, TX, four nephews, one niece and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
