Eugene Sullivan

Nettleton- Elbert Eugene Sullivan, 60, passed away peacefully on July 21, 2024 at Sanctuary Hospice House-Tupelo surrounded by his loving family. He was born on October 28,1963 in Mississippi to parents Elbert Sullivan and Emma Jean (Thompson) Sullivan. He was a lifelong resident of the Nettleton area. Eugene was a retired carpenter. He enjoyed working in his yard, playing pool and riding his motorcycle. He was of the Christian faith. 

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Tisdale-Lann Memorial Funeral Home in Nettleton with Bro. John Raper officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery.

He is survived by one son, Jeffery Sullivan (Jessica), one sister, Dianne Sullivan, 5 grandchildren; Jaidyn Terry, Marlee Sullivan, Elyjah Sullivan, Merci Sullivan, Landen Davis, 1 step-daughter, April Chunn, 1 step-son, Paul Red, his significant other, Melinda Kilgo, 2 nieces; Mia Sullivan and Aliyah Sullivan.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Pallbearers will be Drew Dahlem, John Payne "Opie", Brian Horton, Zackary Merchant, Glenn Barnes, Robbie Kilgo and Rickey Hipps.

Visitation will be Saturday prior to service at the funeral home from 9:00-11:00 am.
