Faye Harrington, age 88, died Friday, August 25, 2023, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, MS. She was born August 20, 1935 to Steven Logan and Katie Lou Taggert Logan in Hamilton, MS. She graduated in the class of 1953 from Hamilton High School as class valedictorian.

Faye was preceded in death by her loving husband, Henry Clayton Harrington, Jr, her parents, three siblings (David, Linda and Gaye), and her in-laws, Henry Clayton Harrington, Sr and Madge Brannan Harrington.

Faye loved sports, especially football and golf! She retired after 25 years from the Hinds County Chancery Clerk’s office in Jackson, MS.

Her survivors are two sons, Henry Clayton Harrington III (Julie) and Steven Andrew Harrington (Brenda). Grandchildren: Leighton, Kallie, Austin, Logan and Nash. Great Grandchildren: Bodhi, Henson and Henry.

A graveside service will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, August 31, 2023 at Odd Fellows Rest Cemetery in Aberdeen.

Visitation will be held on Thursday morning, prior to the graveside service, from 9 AM until 10:45 AM in the chapel of Tisdale Lann Memorial Funeral Home in Aberdeen.

Family requests that memorials be made to favorite charity in lieu of flowers.
