Earnestine Edwards

Nettleton-Earnestine (Harrison) Edwards, 84, passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2022 at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo.  She was born on August 26, 1938 to parents Lamar Harrison and Totsie Mae (Renfro) Harrison.  She lived most of her life in the Nettleton and Lee County area.  For the past year she had been living at the Traceway Green Houses in Tupelo. She enjoyed cooking, coloring and playing Bingo.  She also liked to listen to Elvis Presley songs. She was of the Baptist faith.

Funeral services will be on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Tisdale-Lann Memorial Funeral Home in Nettleton with Bro. Ricky Jones officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery.

She is survived by one daughter, Trisha Edwards (Liz Smith), two sons, Gary Edwards (Gloria), Terry Edwards (Beth), two grandchildren, Shayla Kennedy, Haley Hamm, two great grandchildren, two brothers, Johnny and Ricky Harrison, two sisters, Jan Green, Frances Hall and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Tim Edwards, one brother, Earlon Harrison.

Pallbearers will be David Baulch, Josh Hester, Connor Baulch, Tyler Ratcliff, Brad Naden, Seth Bledsoe,

Honorary Pallbearers will be Patrick Caldwell and Mitch Harrison.

Visitation will be at the funeral home two hours before service from 12:00-2:00 p.m.
