Dawn Cantrell

Nettleton- Elizabeth Dawn (Taylor) Cantrell, 78, passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at the NMMC-Gilmore in Amory. She was born on June, 12, 1944 in Monroe County to parents Maborn Taylor and Gladys (Culver) Taylor. She was a lifelong resident of the Nettleton area. She was a homemaker. She was of the Pentecostal faith. Dawn enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and taking pictures.

Funeral services will be on Friday, February 17, 2023 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Tisdale-Lann Memorial Funeral Home in Nettleton with Bro. Robert Fowlkes and Bro. Rob Sargent officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery.

She is survived by one daughter, Elizabeth McDaniel, one grandson Brandon McDaniel (Faith), four grandchildren, Brianna Franks, Bridgett Franks, Landin McDaniel, Elijah McDaniel, two great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bobby Cantrell and her brothers and sisters.

Pallbearers will be Landin McDaniel, Junior McDaniel, David McBunch. Zach Jordan, Clint Young and Hayden Denley.

Honorary pallbearers will be David Eskew, Matt McMahon, Brian Hendrix, Perry Lowry, Elijah McDaniel and Darrell Hall.

Visitation will be on Friday at the funeral home two hours before service time from 12:00-2:00 pm.
