Chuck Beasley

February 5, 1971 — August 5, 2021

Charles E. “Chuck” Beasley, 50, passed away on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at the NMMC in Tupelo. Chuck was born on February 5, 1971 in Columbus to Charles and Doris Walton Beasley. He grew up in the New Hope Community and was a graduate of New Hope High School. After high school, Chuck graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. If you were around Chuck for any length of time, it was absolutely obvious that the MSU Bulldogs was the only university around and he was a true Bulldogs sports fan. On June 25, 2010, he married his best friend and soulmate, Vickie Allmond. Chuck would spend the rest of his life being a loving husband to Vickie and a proud father and supporter to his boys. He would always see the best in others, never speaking a bad word about anyone. He was also thoughtful and would put the needs of others above himself. For several years he worked at Omnova Solutions in Columbus and for the past eleven years he worked as a design manager at Surface Design Center in Carrollton, AL. According to his boys, he had a great love for his cat, Pepper! Since everything about Chuck was Mississippi State, it is requested that everyone attending the funeral wear maroon, gray or white.

Chuck is survived by his wife, Vickie Beasley of Greenwood Springs; parents, Charles and Doris Beasley, New Hope Community; sons, Parker, Paxton and Pierce Beasley; brother, Corey Beasley, New Hope Community; aunt and uncle, Frankie and Francis Beasley, Vernon, AL; father and mother in law, Ernie and Jackie Allmond, Aberdeen and a host of nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by a special aunt, Grace Walden.
