Carolyn Nicholson

Nettleton- Betty Carolyn (Taylor) Nicholson, 79, passed away on Friday, September 27, 2024 at River Place Nursing Center in Amory. She was born on April 23, 1945 in Lee County to parents Buddy Taylor and Beatrice (Ellis) Taylor. She was a lifelong resident of Nettleton. She was a retired inspector in the garment industry. Carolyn loved listening to music and doing arts and crafts.

No funeral services have been planned at this time.

She is survived by one son, Chris Johnson, one daughter, Kimberly Holloway (Patrick), two step-sons, David Nicholson, Marty Nicholson, two step-daughters, Debbie Tidwell, Lisa Lyle, one brother, Bennie Taylor,  several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Bobby Nicholson, one son, Corey Nicholson, one sister, Charlotte Gilliland and one brother, Billy Taylor.
