Brac Wright

Brac David Wright, 39, passed away on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 in Monroe County.  He was born in Tupelo on March 2, 1984 to Buck Wright, Jr. and Kathy Walters Faulkner.  A lifelong resident of Monroe County, he attended Hamilton Schools and worked as an operator for the Donald Smith Co. in Shannon.  When he was younger, he liked to ride horses and his hobbies included fishing and hunting.  He was an over-all avid outdoorsman.  He attended the Aberdeen Church of Christ. 

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Friday, September 1, 2023 at Tisdale-Lann Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Aberdeen with Bobby Cleveland officiating.  Visitation will be from noon until the service time.

He is survived by his mother, Kathy Walters Faulkner (Wayne) of Aberdeen; one son, Landon Wright of Aberdeen; two stepsons, Blake Williams and Taylor Williams both of Smithville; and good friend Phil Burks.

Pallbearers will be Robert Young, Phil Burks, Kory Moss, Kevin Walters, Ronnie Neal, and Skyler Neal.

He was preceded in death by his father, Buck Wright, Jr.
