Bobby Raymond Laster, Sr.,

Bobby Raymond Laster, Sr., 69, died Sunday, January 6, 2019, at the Care Center of Aberdeen. He was born April 4, 1949, in Marked Tree, Arkansas to John Thomas Laster and Annie Louise Laster. He has lived in Aberdeen for the past eight years. He was an over the road truck driver for the past thirty years. He retired in 2014. He loved his family and friends and spending time with them. His grandchildren were the highlight of his life. He was affiliated with the Baptist Church.
He is survived by his significant other Ann Pate; three sons Bobby Raymond Laster, Jr (Mattie) of Houston, MS, John Laster (Jessica) of New Albany, MS and James Laster (Stacy) of Saltillo , MS; two step-daughters Paula Spruill (Jerry) of Hamilton, MS and Rachel Ashcraft (Dan) of Pine Bluff Arkansas; one step-son Jerry Ashcraft (Shelia) of Aberdeen, MS; two brothers Gary Laster (Mary Lou) of Marked Tree, Arkansas and Larry Laster (Debbie) of Pontotoc, MS; thirteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Deborah Stafford, and his brothers Dwight Laster and Carl Laster.
