Beth Snyder

Mary Elizabeth Boone Snyder, 60, passed away on Monday, July 11, 2022 at UAB Hospital in Birmingham. Born on February 1, 1962in Greenville, N.C., she was a daughter to Milton Ray and Emma Geraldine Ricks Boone.  She grew up in Miami, FL and married David Snyder on July 28, 1984.  She worked for many years in banking as an executive secretary and she was an accomplished painter.  She was a vital role in her husband’s ministry providing the bulletin and newsletter at First Christian Church in Aberdeen.  

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at Tisdale-Lann Memorial Funeral Home in Aberdeen with David Snyder and Don Easter officiating.  Burial will follow in Oddfellows Rest Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, David Snyder of Aberdeen; and two brothers, Mel Boone, Jr. and David Boone.  

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a half sister, Gayle M.

Visitation will be on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the service time.
