Ann Hill

Ann W. Hill, 86, passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. She was born on March 14, 1935 in Ohio to Ira and Mary Opal Leis Wilkins. For many years, she worked in the garment industry as a seamstress. She was of the Pentecostal faith and she enjoyed working in her yard, gardening, and reading her Bible.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Monday, September 13, 2021 at Tisdale-Lann Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Nettleton with Bro. Jim Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Lee Memorial Park.

She is survived by one son, William E. Hill (Pam); two daughters, Shelia Duncan (Steve) and Teresa Pannell (Michael); 9 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; two sisters, Shirley Nunley and Betty Scobey; a host of niece and nephews; and special friends, Gary and Pam Monaghan.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William E. Hill, Sr; one sister, Bonnie Jenkins; and a grandson, Eric Wilson.

Pallbearers will be Justin Worthey, Matthew Wilson, Brandon Eddy, Donny Hill, Tony Worthey, and Gary Monaghan.

Visitation will be on Sunday evening from 4 until 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
